“ Can't say enough good things about this place. We're visiting from out of town and our local friends recommended it. Stopped in for appetizers and drinks our first night in town and had to come back the next morning for brunch as well. Stuffed chiles and beer cheese fondue were bith great. The Monte Cristo was the absolute best I've EVER had, and the beer battered fries that come with it were among the best I've ever had too. All the cocktails my wife tried were fantastic, and the Pecan Amber Ale is probably my new favorite beer ever. Justin was our bartender/server both times we went in and he was excellent. Friendly, engaging, and made some great recommendations. I wish we had a Pecan Grill back in LA. Definitely check it out if you're in Las Cruces. ”
“ Great service from Joshua who also created the Mocktail menu. The one I had was amazing. Layers of flavors. So good! Then I enjoyed the stuffed poblano. Husband enjoyed his green chile pasta. All very good and we want to come here again. Especially to try all the mocktails! ”
“ I was dining alone. After reaching Las Cruces after a 4-Hour drive I was pretty hungry. So I stopped here because I actually like the name of the place. I asked her table outside on the patio. My server probably arrived give me a menu got me water. We discussed some brews, and I decided on the pecan beer. It was super yummy. Waited a bit for my food. It seems that locally the crusted pecan Chicken is a local fave. I ordered it and it was very yummy. I had ordered a second beer and never really did arrive and then I asked for my check the server just said that they got really slammed in the last couple of hours that they were open. So while service was a bit slow I overall still had a nice meal. ”
“ We came on Sunday night and it wasn't very busy. We got the pecan breaded stuffed green chiles, the fish and chips, and happy hour quesadilla (happy hour all day on Sunday's) and everything was delicious. 2024 #39 ”
“ It was a casual dinner with my mom and 1 y/o. First impression of the place was positive by their very friendly and courteous staff. They saw us coming in - toddler and diaper bag in hand - and they rushed to open the door for us and greeted us with a smile and want welcome. That goes such a long way. The decor is very rustic, large dining area and very clean. We were seated right away as went in before their dinner rush. Our server Gabby was so sweet and sincere. She was also a very good server, even engaging in "conversation" with my toddler. It was adorable. We had the stuffed Hatch Chiles for appetizer. I ordered the Hatch Chicken Pasta, my mom ordered the Squash Pasta with (added) Pecan Crusted Salmon. I ordered the chicken and broccolini for the baby. I asked for them to almost overcook the veggies so he would be able to chew it without issue. The appetizers were decent. I think my expectation was above the delivery, but it was alright. My Hatch Chicken Pasta was OK. It did not wow me at all. It almost tasted like homemade Alfredo with a Chile and bacon garnish. My mom's Squash Pasta was actually really good and probably what I'd get on a subsequent visit. The Salmon was well seasoned, but however was overcooked and didn't look too be "crusted" in anything, let alone pecans. As for the kid's food... The chicken was so dry and the broccolini was almost as crunchy as if it were raw, so we ended up giving him veggies from my mom's plate instead. Overall, a pleasant experience. Something else we did really appreciate is that the food was not too salty as is the tendency sometimes when your eat out. They have the balance on that for sure. So we'd probably visit again in the future. ”
